so i don't know if anyone else has noticed, but it looks like there's a definite trend of people going back into stasis without any warning

a few people i knew from back home woke up and just ended up... disappearing out of nowhere and returning back to their pods on the station

has anyone else had something like that happen to them?
maybe it's just me and i'm cursed with bad luck or something
an explanation for WHY it happens would be nice, too
not that i think it's going to make anyone worry less
i haven't had the chance to talk to darma about it, but maybe someone else has

i realize we already have a makeshift fight club in the works, but i'm looking for regular sparring partners
preferably someone who can't actually throw me through a wall and doesn't want to repeatedly punch me in the face, but i'm not picky
i figure it can't hurt to add a few new things to my skill set

I do not have an explanation, other than the one we were told on arrival. That the darkness has contaminated them, and the pod is somehow responsible for healing them.

It is hard to speak to someone perfectly healthy one day and understand how they could be lost to the darkness a moment later.

i don't think i'd be much help with the sparing but i've noticed that people been disappearing and ending up in stasis again. [she idly wonders if it a result of failing some sort of test but either way she definitely does not trust this at all. one minute the people she had befriended were fine and the next they ended up in stasis? that was more than unsettling and didn't make any sense to her at all]

i knew three people here that are back in their pods. two were from home, one wasn't. combined with what i've heard from other people, it's happened to at least five people. i'm sure there's more - not everyone is the sharing type.

the only trend aside from that seems to be that they were taken back to stasis without any warning, which gives credit to the idea that it might have been a medical emergency.

as for an explanation? i don't think we're going to be getting one of those from anyone but the people in charge. the most common theories? they were woken up prematurely and shoved back into stasis, or the landing had more of an impact on some of us than we initially thought.

still not entirely convinced that's the case, but i'll let you know if i hear anything else.

All of my housemates have been taken back to the pods. It did not seem obvious at the time, since all of us spent little time in the house, but it wasn't long until I figured out they were missing, and found them in their pods soon after.

it may just be this first group. we had a rough wake up call on thesa and a rough wake up call when we landed, so i wouldn't be surprised if there were some setbacks the orbiters didn't plan for.

i guess that makes us the guinea pigs, in a way. i don't know. i'm still trying to piece it all together and hoping it doesn't happen to anyone else i know.
