As I am sure many of you are aware at this point there seem to be quite a few cultural differences here that many of us are slowly trying to accustom ourselves to upon arriving on El Nysa.
One of the more obvious ones is this planets interests in celebrating ones own... lascivious tendencies.
Surely I can't be the only one to be moderately agitated by the constant barrage of aphrodisiac laced trickery, both man-made and natural on this planet.

I suppose what I'm trying to bring to discussion is, everyone's personal responses to what's forced upon us. Especially those of us who live in Wyver who have no way to avoid it every time the end of the month roles around. You know, since it seems to be a time based situation over Olympia's more location based magic.

What I have or have not done in my life places no bearing on the fact that sudden sexually laced situations being placed onto people without warning is fundamentally wrong!

And that's exactly what I have been doing. But it's annoying and stupidly inconvenient. So I'm here to collaborate for a solution.

I said jack shit about telling people to change their cultural heritage. Having the masses change their ways over giving the few an alternative is too fucking tedious and far too stupid of an idea.

No, I'm looking for a magical anti-spell. One to block out the effects of the world should someone not wish to experience them.

If you have any further interest, I am planning on eventually testing the serum out to see how it works. Whether you're interested in the results or would like to aid in participation for compensation I would be willing to send you an update

Aphrodisiac has no effect on me as my body is able to get rid of before it becomes a hassle, so there are no worries there.

The only goddamn thing I have going for me is my own sheer willpower. But regardless of it I worry.

I suppose what bothers me the most about it is that such methods removes ones rational decision making in a matter.

I am personally not interested in such things, but if I were I would much rather it be an experience I decide to endure by my own natural desire. Not by some outside force subtly trying to coerce me that I want to.

In some ways, yes.

Sometimes it helps give you a push, I can see why people would be into it because they can be too shy to do anything about it themselves. But, that would be their choice.

The current problem is for those who feel as if they have none.

Finally someone with some common sense. That is exactly the point I've been trying to push all this time.

There are far too many situations and incidents within this world where people aren't warned before walking into some fucked up situatiin that would mess with their bodies unknowingly. And if we cannot control and maintain such problems at the source the best thing we can do is create something that would balance those issues out the moment people realize it is effecting them.

I'm only processing what you have told me and understanding that.

As long as you figure something out then I am certain it won't be a problem anymore, or at least it would be a relief for people if it isn't.

And so I begin working on it.

The main issue now simply seems to be all the menial side jobs I will have to take up in order to secure funding.

No, I doubt any business which relies on something such as petty theft will be able to last for very long.

If I am going to gain an income I am going to make sure it is legitimate enough that it doesn't end up crashing and burning the business I a, trying to create. As for ways, it shows enough interest that I have participants willing enough to help test it, but judging by mass opinion I doubt it will be enough to launch more than a initial prototype.

If I actually wish to mass produce it I will need a much more solidly gained starter income.

Thankfully with my current job combined with a few bigger side tasks it shouldn't be that difficult..... Hopefully.
