Enh, I can always go to the rings if I need a little extra cash. I just don't like relying on it.

If you can call it that. I'm not one of the goddamn flippy ninja assholes that seem to be everywhere.

[ Ironic, that she should be saying that to one of the aforementioned "goddamn flippy ninja assholes". But Yoruichi decides not to mention that, instead shrugging one shoulder. ]

There really that many flippy ninjas around?

Strength counts for something. Looking like I'm too drunk to fight helps. And yeah, it was becoming an annoying trend back home before I wound up here.

There less or more of the ninja types here compared to back home?

Who really knows? Here I thought it was just a fad. Everyone's kung fu fighting. It's annoying.

You'd rather they be some other sort of fighting? Or not fighting at all.

Let's just say I'm done with ninjas. And undead or resurrected anything.

Jackie Chan's about the only one I'm okay with.

I don't know if this is a missing worlds thing or an age thing, but if you don't know, I just can't explain. They don't even have clips or movies here to show you. Guess you'll just have to live with wondering.

[ She tsks, leaning back in disappointment. ]

That's no fun. I'll never be able to live like this. What else am I missing out on?

Too much, if you're not aware of Jackie. The man's a legend. So, what is it? A time thing, which I've heard of before, or a different worldy type thing?

[ She's a little aware of the discrepancies wrought by the Natha and their attempts at rescue. ]

There's not exactly a lot by way of outside entertainment where I come from. Mostly just a lot of drinking and a lot of fighting, but I hear that's common no matter where you go.

I'm oddly comforted by the fact that those are universal factors.
