[ After the murmurs of job opportunities began to mix through the idle chit chat of the refugees, Ann wanted to get a few questions out to the people who may or may not have already started work. ]

Soooo... this whole jobs thing...
It's not as easy as it seems, right? I know we're suppose to work our asses off to make sure they keep the people in Thesa safe, but — has anyone had experience working with something like... that? Guards, scholars, and uh... adult workers.... It all sounds like some weird characters from a fantasy novel or something. Cliche, but given the past few weeks? Totally legit.

I guess I'm wanting to ask: how are you knowing you're a good "fit" for one of these jobs? Back home, I was...

[ She wants to say model, but she doesn't really give the deets too much. ]

Let's just say the closest I got to any of these kind of jobs were reading Shakespeare in school.

If you know of any normal jobs or have any pointers on talking with the recruiters, let me know!!! My skills include fashion, picking good places to eat, and persevering through unlikely circumstances! o(^▽^)o

I'm holding out for luck at this point. As much as I'd love to get a kushy part time job at some boutique... I'm trying to balance it with helping my friends out.

...Uh. I was a student mostly, but my parents work with fashion — so I did some gigs part time as a model. Totally classy stuff, by the way! Just wanted to clarify given the... uh, you know? Sex... stuff.

[ Uuuuh Angel is just gonna...skip. Commenting on that last part. She knows what Panther is getting at though, from the way Jack would talk about supermodels like they were some sort of attractiveness affirmation. She hopes this person never had to deal with someone even an iota like him. ]

Wow! I know very little in the way of fashion- especially in this place, but that is a pretty solid resume if you do decide to look for work in that field.

[ It's an uncomfortable subject. Not only is her age a factor, but the fact Ann is not totally healed after her trauma earlier in the year. In a place where sex isn't properly even shielded away as some late night culture? It's different. ]

Unfortunately, there really isn't much here that I'd even begin to be eligible for. I'm best suited to work on the station...but they don't seem too keen on hiring any of us for the moment.
