Is it just me or are things starting to get a little unpleasant around here?
[She sighs out some. Not that she hadn't expected Olympia and Wyver to start not getting along again of course but it's still pretty annoying.]
I've been outright ignored in a few places in Olympia. Don't ask me exactly what I did to get that kind of treatment because I don't have a clue.
[Now to the meat of why she's drifted onto the network after having not touched it for this long. Her tone actually sounds pretty curious.]
Have any of the rest of you run into anything? Olympia, Wyver, wherever.

Don't offer them respect if they don't show you any. But, that said, it isn't odd for two nations to not get along with each other.
voice;
It's not that unusual but... well, it would sort of be nice for once if they did. At least in my opinion.
[She's so used to nations not getting along. And then just when things were tentatively getting better at home, it sort of stopped existing altogether. If the Natha were to be believed.]

[ that's just her guess though. ]
I'm sure that it would be. Maybe one day they will get along.

I guess it goes the other way around then too. I figured as much but it's nice to get some confirmation. Wyver's been pretty nice to me but I haven't really done anything to deserve that either.
[The whole thing is a mystery to her. If she were a native of either town she'd get it but it's pretty well known by now, at least in those of the native populace who would recognize her, that she's a refugee.]
sorry for the late reply!
[Because he was hella pretty during it. Or maybe it's just Yu's way of joking...]
I don't like that they are making that choice for us...I never said I wanted to help one side more than the other.

Have you decided to settle in Wyver? Or shown your dedication to them in any way? That might be enough to ruffle some feathers.
[ 76 had known that playing nice could only last so long, and so it only figures that some of the refugees would begin to feel that judgment from the natives. He hasn't been back to Olympia himself, but he knows for a fact he wouldn't receive a warm welcome. ]
[voice]
Well... during the gala they were putting pins on people and throwing us into teams. I ended up in Wyver so I guess that may have done it.
[At that the woman gives an exhausted sigh.]
What a pain.

Did you wear a Wyver button at their little pomp and circumstance a bit back?
Probably why.
Guess they don't get that's how you convert people to continue supporting the 'enemy'?

It's off-putting. Reminds me too much of...home.
voice for now;
[Honestly she's never experienced this sort of hate. Who dared do that to the Fire Nation? And it wasn't like she went visiting any of the other groups after the war had ended either. She's chiefly stayed enclosed within Fire Nation cities since after her release from jail all those years ago, a decision she's beginning to now wonder if it was or wasn't a good decision.]

it was only after typing this that i realized how hilariously apt foreshadowing their last thread be
we're getting too entrapped in politics for our own good, yusei.
why must things be this way, mai?
because people are dumb and life is confusing.
fair enough.
