Would people be oh so opposed to grab your stuff and move somewhere else in the planet? Away from Olympia and Wyver and whoever else might be out there?

[ It's not exile if you leave willingly right? And if nobody kicks you out. ]

And before someone invites me to leave alone, I'm more interested in building something lasting. I can't do that by myself.

But ask yourselves this: would they let us? These powers that be. Just how much freedom we have?

Beats me, you'd have to ask them that yourself. I'd say considering they seemed to be used to new people coming in in Olympia, non-natives to the area can't be that uncommon. And they have to come from somewhere.

Space travel seems to be a thing, at least for the people that brought us here. Then again, the people of Olympia and Wyver seem to be even more out of the loop than us, so who knows what's going on there.

Something as picking a patch of land and starting to build there is easy in theory. It would still take time and money and expertise...

Whoah, sounds like a lotta trouble in the future. Ya seen the mess Olympia left of Wyver's old city above the canyon?

And ya kinda have ta figure, if we try ta organize like that then, ya know, in the interest of not "influencing the balance of power" ya might get kicked out of the moon station all together once the place gets really established, since it's technically a pretty awesome resource and like, recruitment point.

Doesn't sound like the worst idea though! It's not like I'm all that interested in picking a side.

Neither I am, to be honest. I'm not sure for how long that will be accepted though.

Exile? That's actually pretty sick. I like it.

I would say the only problem with the whole 'fucking off and making your own village' is we really don't know if there are other people out there who had the same idea who might, you know, be a little pissed if you showed up in their space.

And, well, I know I can be a little bit of a Downer here but - so long as ya got someone standin' on your back or watching over your shoulder you aren't free. But it's the condition you live in, now, so...

Don't know if you'd wanna set out on your own anyways with that in mind.

Well, I did get exiled, so it's well earned.

That's why we would need to find a place for ourselves. Not as easy as it sounds, but I'm not saying there's a magical land with all we need just a few paces outside Olympia.

So you change the condition. Nobody says it's an easy thing to do, but it's a thing.
Then again, most people prefer the easy way to live.

Probably even more.
