A bit of a vague question, I know. But out of curiosity, how advanced was the technology from your homeworlds? Is it close to how things are here on El Nysa? Or was it something closer to Thessa Station?

How difficult was it for you all to adjust to your lifestyles here because of it?

Then, not going to lie, I'm surprised at how forthcoming you are in mentioning it. Although the police officer bit makes more sense to your natural curiosity. So you just, no magic? Like you can shoot fireballs from your hands and make things disappear and all that?

There is no reason to keep it quiet here. [ and yet, there are things hardly anyone here knows about him that he has no clear reason for keeping quiet —but those are private matters. ]

I suppose you're right about that. I mean, magic is really common here. But I won't lie that I'm still, after all my years here, trying to adjust to the concept. We had some strange things happen in my world sometimes, but as far as I knew, magic was just a parlor trick.

... I wonder how long until I will finally get used to the idea of wizards and magic being real. I was only exposed to a small amount of the supernatural in my own world, although with what I have seen I am sure there were more depths to it. But even after being here for two years it's still hard to convince myself that I'm not just experiencing some sort of fever dream.
