[This is one stressed, unhappy Claire Fraser. She wipes at her forehead with the back of her hand before looking at the screen, clearly torn between trying to appear professional and not giving a damn and doing nothing to hide her agitation. After moment, the latter wins out.]
If you haven't noticed, the bloody Sanctuary has closed its doors. Look miserable enough and you might be let in, but for now, I wouldn't go to them if you're in need of medical assistance. [Her way of helping--the less people banging at their door, the sooner they might relax. Unlikely, given the state of things, but she'll try where she can. Yet this has soured her opinion of the place, and Lysa.]
I've some things I've collected myself, and I'm sure some of you have managed to borrow supplies, so I suggest we all pool it together. Make our own temporary clinic until they allow us back in. A place to treat everyone, regardless of the madness in the streets. The residential district, preferably. Somewhere out of the way.
Ideally, no one will be hurt, but I don't think that's a realistic goal at this point.
[Looting, riots, vultures... no way blood isn't getting spilled.]
If you're a healer, and you'd like to assist, please do so. If you're hurt, let myself or someone else know. Someone can go to you or fetch you. We must rely on ourselves.
[She hesitates before adding:]
And I suppose if you feel like paying the Sanctuary a visit regardless, I can tell you where things are and what we could use.
[Not too long after this goes live, there's a text file attached with the address of a run down house not far from the starter homes, as well as a list of items that would be appreciated, including food.]

[ Here's a young boy on screen, hosting a bit of a left over black eye and still a bit of a twinkle in his eye despite all the looting and problems going on even in Wyver. It's not very smart to go crossing borders at the moment, if he'd have been there already, scaling walls if he had to. But bringing a guy with broken ribs in to a city where they might be targeted for coming from Wyver in the first place? Particularly if that guy in question is Heero Yuy, who's dangerous all on his own?
Not advisable. So they're holing up, but - ]
I have a guy, but we're in Wyver and coming in to Olympia from Wyver or coming back here smelling like Olympia ain't gonna help anyone.
[ Sigh. ] It's gone to shit that bad over there? It's been hard to pare down what's going on when everything here is 80% propaganda and talking up Wyver in general..

I hate to admit it, but you're right. Stay put. It's not safe to switch sides now.
[Since, apparently, where you land is the side you're on. Awful for anyone who was visiting the other city.]
We've got some fires to put out, literally. And broken windows, people being harmed when they're minding their own business. It's absurd and it just started overnight, it seems.
Is there anything I can do for you from here?

Makes ya wanna start a refugee city, hm? [ Sure, he'd kind of shrugged off the idea when it had been mentioned before, but.. here he was, regretting that decision heartily. Sure, he and Heero have their little tree house where they could take down what connects them to the rest of the city and post up, but.. other people weren't so lucky. ]
Same here. Except they want you to drink blood and try to throw you in to huge fire pits if you just don't seem to quite fit.. [ There's a bit of a wince at the thought - he's seen a bit too many people burnt up in damaged mobile suits to not have that reaction. ]
Honestly? Not unless you got some dragon tranquilizers for Heero or some magical way to keep broken ribs in place other than restricted movement. [ But the laugh suggests he knows there's probably no such thing. ]
Granted we're tough kids but other people aren't quite .. like us. And that's not even a bad thing.
so sorry for the late reply!
It sounds like you know what to do for your friend. I wish I could help, but...
Just be careful.
