[This is one stressed, unhappy Claire Fraser. She wipes at her forehead with the back of her hand before looking at the screen, clearly torn between trying to appear professional and not giving a damn and doing nothing to hide her agitation. After moment, the latter wins out.]

If you haven't noticed, the bloody Sanctuary has closed its doors. Look miserable enough and you might be let in, but for now, I wouldn't go to them if you're in need of medical assistance. [Her way of helping--the less people banging at their door, the sooner they might relax. Unlikely, given the state of things, but she'll try where she can. Yet this has soured her opinion of the place, and Lysa.]

I've some things I've collected myself, and I'm sure some of you have managed to borrow supplies, so I suggest we all pool it together. Make our own temporary clinic until they allow us back in. A place to treat everyone, regardless of the madness in the streets. The residential district, preferably. Somewhere out of the way.

Ideally, no one will be hurt, but I don't think that's a realistic goal at this point.

[Looting, riots, vultures... no way blood isn't getting spilled.]

If you're a healer, and you'd like to assist, please do so. If you're hurt, let myself or someone else know. Someone can go to you or fetch you. We must rely on ourselves.

[She hesitates before adding:]

And I suppose if you feel like paying the Sanctuary a visit regardless, I can tell you where things are and what we could use.

[Not too long after this goes live, there's a text file attached with the address of a run down house not far from the starter homes, as well as a list of items that would be appreciated, including food.]

They're afraid of looters. Supposedly if you're injured enough you'll be let through the barricade they've managed in record time, but otherwise the doors are shut until this blows over.

I tried to talk to Lysa, but she's useless.

That's the most ridiculous thing I've ever —

[ A huff of breath, not entirely voiceless. Basically: augh. ]

Where the hell are we supposed to take these people? Has anyone set up an aid station?

You can call me Anyone. The worry about looters is valid, but I think we'll be all right. The number of people is likely to outnumber the valuable goods and supplies, anyway.

I'll be in and out but I can offer you some help in the way of keeping people back. The uniform does no good now but I've got other more convincing means.

What's the worst of the injuries you're seeing?

I won't say no to muscle.

A lot of injuries from windows shattering. Glass in the face, things like that. Nothing dire yet but this has only just started, I'm afraid.

Yes, it's going to get a lot worse before it gets better.

[ The audio abruptly muffles as Peggy puts her hand over the receiver to speak with someone, and then she's back. ]

Where are you thinking of setting up?

There are plenty of empty homes near the housing we were first given. Nothing that particularly screams that there's anything worth looting, so it might be good cover.

I'm going to see if John's employers will lend space as well.

They might just. One would think the palace would be a good, fortified solution but it's as prime a target as anything else out here.

Then might as well scatter the targets.

Hopefully no one is targeting the clinic.

[ They're not at war (yet) but Peggy can't help but hope there is an equivalent to the Geneva Conventions here. If it comes to outright conflict between the factions rather than this in-fighting, she has to hope that the civilians and wounded can remain protected somehow. ]

If it's looting they're after, you might be all right. Hide what supplies you can, keep them offsite with runners to fetch them as necessary. It's tedious but as you said — scatter the targets.
