How come I have to have a "silver turd" and a "blind dude" as roommates? They both suck!
Who came up with this idea? This is stupid.

I know it is strange. I know House Stark has little reason to trust House Targaryen, after what happened to my grandfather and my uncle. But you are not your father, Your Grace, and I know little of Prince Oberyn. I do know you have little love for the Lannisters, and I know you offered to mediate the fight between my brother and Theon.

[ meaning that she has already won her over in two things. ]

Perhaps were we still in Westeros, it might be different. The North does not take kindly to Southern rulers. But here... we are all that is left of Westeros, and neither of my brothers ever wanted to be king.

[ and here... they don't have to be. Robb is defiant still, and Jon carries the burden of the loss of the North on his shoulders, still. but she has realized what they might have not — that it matters not. whatever grievances their two houses had, they don't matter; what matters is survival. and if Daenerys sees it her duty to be the queen that was her birthright, to have a care for those who would have been her subjects, once upon a time... it is a good thing. ]
