How come I have to have a "silver turd" and a "blind dude" as roommates? They both suck!
Who came up with this idea? This is stupid.

Might kick them out. They're too noisy.

Does anyone even like their roommates? Mine are annoying. Let's do a trade.

This entire post is proving to be better than a soap opera.
I'm beginning to think opening a therapy practice here would be more profitable than finding a job with any existing business.
I could make a killing on group and family counseling with this crowd.

It's very tempting.
Tell me, do you think they would seek out such solutions of their own volition?
Plenty of people recoil from the very idea of seeking professional help like one is waving a dead animal carcass at them.
God forbid they get an objective outside perspective to their personal problems.

Such external interventions are par for the course.
As are rational women forcing some sense into their stubborn and hot-headed male companions.
All that said, I imagine the pancake-maker is their best bet at peace in their household.
(After professional help, of course.)
Who can be truly angry when eating pancakes?
Sharing such a meal can soothe even the most savage of tempers.

That really is bad.
But I wouldn't want to be too presumptious.
As much as they seem to need it, therapy isn't the sort of thing of generally best advertized by waltzing up to people in the middle of a personal crisis and offering your services.
And unfortunately, since I'm at the disadvantage of being an age adults are likely not to take seriously, I must be twice as professional as anyone else in the field.

[Uh. Hm. Well, now she's curious...]

How old are you, if you don't mind me asking?

Of course.
I would be a hypocrite otherwise.

[ oh god is she dealing with an actual child? she does not remember seeing any kids on the journey over here?? ]

[Okay, that's actually less worrying than she'd prepared herself for. She can deal with this.]

You're good at writing for only being two weeks old.

You know this conversation isn't private, right?
Anyone who's curious enough can read it.
Like how all your friends up there are jumping in on each other's threads.

I thought you knew.
There's proof of that fact all over this very post, after all.
