Who came up with this idea? This is stupid.

He is no longer Lord Stark. The correct title is Your Grace. He is owed the same respect as you.

[ And that just says it all. Basically, Theon can spit on Robb's name, he can hate that that title is what got him killed him in the end, but others should still grant him respect.

Maybe they will speak in private. Maybe, when they've let go of some of that rage. ]
