So all this tension between Wyver and Olympia and stuff has me wondering...
Does this remind anyone else of before a war broke out in their homes? Granted I was like.. a little, little kid when mine first started but I remembered this kinda junk going on.
Earthers vs. spacers even out in the streets, that kinda thing.
People acting like they're better than other people because some politician says so, or, you know, some legacy story that makes one 'better' but, you know, when a place is destroyed because some politician wants money or whatever everyone starts looking a lot alike, right?
Also curious if anyone's planning on joining up with one side or the other and why, if you are..
No ulterior motives and definitely not taking names for a roster for someone or anything, just curious on why a refugee would feel so connected to a place already or something like that.

Yeah because there’s such a difference there.
I want to know the history without either side’s embellishing. Like the whole, real story because the people in Wyver don’t seem to either know their whole story or they’re not willing to fess up.

[And God-made.]
Getting the real story is always hard...especially if they don't know it either. Maybe some of the ruins we've seen being here might hold some clues...

I looked at a few a bit back. Lots of runes, but nothing I could read on my own. I had planned to try and do some research but that's been kinda a pain in the ass with the odd jobs I've been taking to stock some silver.
But food kinda trumps figuring out Wyver's ruins, so.

You'd have to find somewhere to buy food in bulk though. A farm, whatever who'd be willing to give you a good enough deal to not make it more expensive to be communal.
Maybe not hard to find depending on your contacts.

I wonder if we could salvage enough food from the areas around the cities as well...things that won't kill us of course.
[YEAH OF COURSE.]
The hardest part would be letting both sides give us food...I suspect once they find out it's for people on both sides, they'll start refusing us.

Problem would still be if the other two cities don't mind a new place springing up. The jungles out there have to have edible stuff, and it looks like the ancient people of Wyver at least lived or worshipped out there, so...
I bet there's enough it'd just be a guessing game, basically.
Asking them both to do that is just asking for trouble. Like leaving meat out in front of one of those dragons.
You don't if you want to keep all your limbs working.
