[Just ignore how unimposing that username is compared to the message. The thought doesn't occur to him in the face of greater concerns. With Stannis missing for over two days and a potential madman on the loose, usernames, Wyver and Olympia conflicts fall short in his mind. He's had to deal with this matter before and lost his brother, he wasn't going to let others die because of Ramsay Bolton.]
There is a man that has been assuming an identity publicly, you might know him as "Willem Rivers", a bastard from Westeros. He might appear charming and friendly, but this man is dangerous. His real name is Ramsay Bolton and committed a number of crimes in my world, including murder and flaying. Don't trust him and be on your guard. Now that he is being backed into a corner, he will become a mad dog and lash out at anyone who he feels slighted him.
Those in the royal guard, I appeal to you to help me find and detain him. He might have a new victim, Stannis Baratheon. Anyone that might have experience in combat or tracking, meet me in the training yard in front of the Palace of Olympia.

You've deduced what kind of a man he is by now, my lord, and so you must know the answer. [ and even like this, it's all he's going to get — to Littlefinger, she could speak of what happened, because he had been responsible for placing her in the situation; but with anyone else, she'd spoken nothing. and she speaks nothing, now. she knows he must have come to the right conclusion, and the way she deliberately does not look at him would confirm it, even if he hadn't. ]

Does Bolton have any friends? Anyone who'd speak up for him? Or does everyone loathe him?
private
[ that's not the type of person he is. ] There might be those who've known him as Willem and think he was a nice man, but after this... no one would stand by him. Not when they know he's been lying all this time.
private
I certainly hope that's not the case, my lady. Even a wicked man, I think, should have someone to stand by him. But I don't know much about matters of justice, I'll admit.
[ Well. No cure for it but bluntness: ]
Will your fellow Jon Snow kill him in the pursuit?
private
[ Ramsay doesn't want any friends — those who stand by him do so because they think he can give them power, or because they're just as monstrous as he is. ]
... Jon will kill him if he catches him, I'm sure. He is the king in the North — Ramsay is a northerner. [ and it is for the king to exact justice on those who have betrayed him. ]

As for the second - ]
I think...it would be best to prevent Monsieur Snow from doing that. I do not believe the Guard will respect claims of kingly authority.
private
[ only, Jon is honorable enough to admit to the killing if he goes through with it. ]

[ that's probably not exactly what he meant, but the Westerosi method is all she knows. ]

[ Right. Yes. He can't just think of her and the others as Time of Isolation Barrayarans with odder accents. During the Time of Isolation, after all, the Barrayarans still had some remnants of Earth's civilization - the memory of criminal justice, for example. These people might be altogether without that point of reference. ]
In a manner of speaking, dear lady. In this place, if people trespass in a way that outrages the state - such as taking over the state's power to determine life and death - then the state will act. Take them prisoner, yes. Not engage in torture - [ He hopes - he realizes he doesn't know that much about Olympia and Wyver's practices - ] But hold them so that they can't trespass again.

Then I will make sure they have no cause to arrest Jon.

Good. He seems a decent fellow. We could use decent fellows around, eh?
