[This video starts with a man's eye. A little bit squinty, a little bit bloodshot, and framed by some kind of...mask?
Krieg pulls back from the device a little bit and yeah, it's definitely a mask.
He's still uncomfortably close (for other people) to the camera, but he doesn't know that, and if he did he wouldn't care. He has important business to discuss.]
The Badass Grandpa owes me a fight and a drink!
I'm ready for both!
Order doesn't matter!!
[Each statement he makes is louder than the one that precedes it. Indoor voices are for other people.
Could he have perhaps private messaged the aforesaid Badass Grandpa instead of broadcasting to the network? Absolutely. Does he realize this? It's hard to say. Would he care if he did? Definitely, absolutely not.]

And then in the next second, everything is fire. He was not expecting a ranged attack - not from a bludgeoning weapon that large - and yet there it is. Instead of ducking out of the way when he sees the incoming blast, Krieg runs headfirst toward it, and into it. It has more impact than he was expecting from fire, but then, his own fire breath packs more punch than one might necessarily attribute to such a phenomenon.
In any case, the blast does cause him to stumble a bit, but he gets his momentum back quickly enough and resumes his charge as if he hadn't just leapt through literal fire, and also as if he weren't now actually on fire. He hasn't felt the unique bite of slow immolation since before waking up on the moon, and while it hurts like hell (it always does), it's a very comforting, familiar, and satisfying pain.]
MnahahahAHAHA! HE'S! ON! FIRE!
[And he's running straight toward Reinhardt, axe in hand. While on fire. What a guy.]

But he can't be impressed for long. Not when a man is coming at him. On fire. With an ax. It's really really impressive.] THAT'S THE SPIRIT!!
[ But he's not going to give Krieg any love. That ax isn't going to get past the next thing in his toolkit. The shield spreads between then as he blocks that charge. ] Going to have to work harder than that.

When the shield goes up, the only course of action Krieg can see is to attempt to get around it. For all he knows the softly glowing blue energy field is a one-hit kill, like the electrified death wall that kept intruders out of the Hyperion bunker in Thousand Cuts. So, he's going to do his damndest to avoid touching it. Obviously the thing is mobile, because Reinhardt is brandishing it like ye olde shields of yore, so Krieg's going to have to be quick. Once he gets close enough, he quickly feints left, then dives right into a fiery summersault in an effort to breach the edge.]

He doesn't have anyone but himself to look after though. And honestly, the shield is just to see how the other man reacts. It's made to withstand Helix Rockets for a little while, so he's more than happy to hold it against a normal man, well aware that punches aren't really going to do anything to it.
He follows the faint. It's to the left. Always it seems, to his left. Like people don't realize he's long ago compensated for the lack of vision in that eye. So he lets Krieg dive. Let's him roll. But there's something heavy and hammer shaped waiting for him. The shield winks out in the seconds it takes for him to swing his hammer at the rolling fighter. It's almost like golf... Jack would be so impressed with his form.]
