While we don't yet fully understand the process, over the past few months it's become clear that any of us could return to stasis at any time. In some cases, more than once. And while I'm sure we all have family and friends from our worlds we hope to see — sooner rather than later — those of our acquaintances from the many others represented here shouldn't be remembered as just faces in those pods.

I think it's well past time we organised ourselves a little to keep track, if only to expedite that process for all of us. To that effect, I've set up a noticeboard for refugee use.

( Tinker Bell. her sweet and spunky fae friend. Kara, of course, though undoubtedly Bruce has already placed her there. many more, if she is truthful; more than she likes to think about. )

Is there someone in particular that inspired you to start?

I've been thinking it over since Cassandra left. Then, someone else I knew went back in this week.

[ He hasn't put a photo of her there. He can't share that pain with anyone, it feels easier to deal with when folded in with Kara. ]

Do you have any photos or just names?

( she's the tiniest bit better at texting. maybe that's what she got from Bruce in their magic marriage. she still prefers voice, though. )

Names, mostly. I think I have a photo of Tinker Bell, though I do not know how to move it from my device. ( ........ help pls )

[ A few moments where she can hear him pressing some keys on his phone, then a little text attachment pops up, instructing her on how to send the photo to him. ]

He wanted to bring people together, try to move on.

[ Someone she might have liked, honestly. ]

I did. We met when I had just woken, on Thesa.

He seemed a good man. Willing to help those lost after their displacement.

( they'd agreed to work together to help those that needed it. now, he would rest. Diana will do the work for both of them, for awhile. it is easier knowing she won't be doing it alone. )

I wish we knew more about what returns people to stasis. Hard to predict when there is so little information.

Hoping this is a start on that.

[ Studying the patterns, the types, it's better than just having to scrounge around in the aftermath. He's better at dealing with the gone than with the present. ]

We shouldn't know so little about the Storm.

It seems those planetside don't have information to share.

( which isn't to say there isn't information to be found. Diana thinks there is, it is just a matter of finding it. )

I'm keeping my ears open.

[ He knows she'll pass him anything she thinks is useful, is why he doesn't outright request it. ]

We have to be careful what we say about the station. We're the only ones who seem to know about it.

I wonder why the Orbiters remain so distant from the people.

( because Diana is rather used to gods getting intermixed with humanity, or at least, that is what she read of and heard of in stories of the old gods. it doesn't work quite that way here. )

I couldn't tell you.

[ The psychology of gods is beyond him. He knows better than to assume they're subject to any kind of human logic. ]

But you can talk to them. I asked a favour recently.

[wondie]

( she doesn't say it explicitly, but her tone makes it obvious: what sort of favor? )

I asked for the ability to resist outside control.

They granted it — although, [ wry, ] it'd be hard to test.

[ Charles is asleep. ]

Ah. I remember you mentioning that.

( she hasn't followed his advice to ask for the same, yet... though she may soon. )

[ She should, but he's already made his case. ]

I'll let you know if it has hiccups.
