[Claire looks a little tired. Maybe it's due to the recent trek through the jungle, but more likely it's because her husband's returned to stasis. She could talk about that--with anyone, really--but instead she'd much rather focus on this. So, here she is, mustering up a pleasant smile.]
It's a belated thank you, but I would like to extend my gratitude to everyone that helped during our last crisis.
That said, I have noticed that quite a few of you have some interest in being helpful, and not just when it comes to fighting. You'd like to help the ill or injured as well. However, there's not always time to walk newcomers through something such as sewing a wound or changing the bandages on someone bedridden. So, with the help of Dr Watson, I'm hoping to make us better prepared in the future.
Every other month we'll be holding first aid lessons. Basic skills, answering questions, clearing up any misconceptions. Consider it a health class. Take notes, record it, whatever you'd like. If you have anything about medicine or anatomy that baffles you, please attend. Of course, we're always available for general questions.
We'll be offering two sessions. One will be on the station on the morning of the 9th, in the simulation rooms, which we encourage everyone to at least try once if they're interested. If that makes you uncomfortable, I suppose we can hold the other in Olympia in the evening.
[Her place is now an option, but she's not going to announce that bit to the whole network. Claire hesitates before deciding to end the feed.]
Thank you, and we hope to see you there.
[OOC: Class is in session! Feel free to answer a roll call here, even if your character plans on only attending once. The actual lessons will be handwaved but feel free to use the "classroom" time in your own logs.]

I'm very happy to hear that, Sansa. I think you'd be quick study.

[ then, after a pause, she thinks on what Claire said about where to hold the classes. ] If you are holding one class in Olympia... does it mean you are going back there?
no subject
[She doubts Sansa can disappoint her.]
Yes. Wyver isn't for me. What about you?

[ she's silent for a moment. then, ]
I think Jon will want to go back, too... and Father will like it better there. Besides, all of Robb's things are still in our house, I won't leave them there. [ in case Robb wakes up again. it's a faint hope, and yet she hopes nonetheless. ]

[Given his reaction when Claire complimented Robb, Jon, and Sansa. He was very proud of them. Good to see in a father, though any sort of smile on Claire's lip fades when she registers what Sansa's said about Robb.]
Robb's things? Is he--[In stasis again?]

[ and so she is happy and sad at once, gaining and losing at the same time. and she grieves for Robb, who should have been here to see their father again, more than anyone else — her and Arya had seen Father last, and Robb had been the one to defend their House and their honour. it is a cruel trick of fate that she and Jon are still awake while Robb sleeps. ]

I'm so sorry. He seemed like a kind, good man. I was glad to know him. [ she pauses, thinking. ] Lady Claire... once we're back in Olympia, you could stay with us. If you like. [ she wonders whether her home now feels empty, without her husband there. she knows their house is big enough, like this... with Robb gone, and Theon off on his own. ]

That's... a very kind offer, Sansa. Truly.
[And not a bad one, if she's honest. Claire does better with people around. Perhaps John and Sansa could get some use out of her presence.]
I'll consider it, but please, check with your father and Jon--and Theon, I suppose. I wouldn't want to make him uncomfortable.

but then, the offer isn't immediately declined, and she allows herself to hope. ]
I will, I promise. But they wouldn't mind — Father will like you, I'm sure of it, and Jon won't mind. Theon... I will speak with him. [ her expression grows troubled — she doesn't know what is going on with Theon as of late, but she is sure it has to do with Ramsay. it always has to do with Ramsay. and now, with Robb gone and her Father here... she isn't sure Theon wants to stay where Lord Stark is, especially with what he has done. she doubts even her testimony of Theon saving her life would be enough to spare him her Father's judgement. ]
... and even if you decide not to live with us... you are always welcome to visit. I would like that very much.

Your father and I did get on well enough, I thought. [And maybe he'd see the benefit in having a female companion around for Sansa.] Jon, too. [Theon? Well, progress has been made there, but she doesn't know if she'd call it friendship.]
But, regardless of my decision, I will certainly take you up on that invitation, Sansa. Just as long as you stop calling me lady Claire. Just Claire, please. We're friends, are we not? There's no need for such things.

... we are friends. [ and it is true — she'd nearly forgotten how it feels, to have someone to truly call a friend, how sweet and fragile it is at once. ] Alright, just Claire it is.
