As for figures and friends? His mother who blamed him for his father's death. Bellamy, Raven, Harper, Monty, Echo who he has formed a bond with during their time on the Ark (even when he shoved off to the other side of the space station after Emori broke up with him).

Being or feeling useless is something that Tony dreads, as well as failing his friends or the other Avengers. He definitely fears the deaths of people like Pepper and the Avengers, so that is one thing that is most likely to haunt him. Space, aliens, and wormholes are all things that are likely to come up as nightmare fuel as well. He'd also probably relive his parents' murders too, since that was something he couldn't prevent.

Mikumo most fears having her agency taken away again and being used to hurt people because of what she was made for. Or, more generally, not being able to move beyond the specific purpose she was made for.

Miles Edgeworth

Earthquakes or anything simulating an earthquake will result in Miles outright fainting or curled up in a ball due to trauma. Memories of his father's murder would likely come up as well. Losing Phoenix or being unable to help or protect those close to him.

Miles also has a lot of insecurities relating to becoming too much like the monster man who took him in only to raise him to become something his father would have hated. He is far different from that person now but he still worries that it's still there in him.

He's also anxious about John dying (horribly or otherwise), of not being good enough or talented enough to keep everyone alive in this situation or any other (since that is literally his job), and the idea that he's wasting time that he could be becoming...superman maybe? Possibly batman? It's an irrational fear that if he misses an instant not trying to fix the current horror that he's going to be the one to cause it to all fall apart.

Phoenix Wright

Phoenix has anxieties over being held accountable and blamed for things that he has not done thanks to a childhood trauma where his entire class blamed him on a crime he didn't commit. He also has regrets in disappointing his friends and not being able to save them as well due to the trauma that involved his past with his dead serial-killer ex-girlfriend or the time that he walked in on his boss just after she was murdered. He's also terrified of heights due to that same case with his ex involved him falling off of a 40-foot bridge into a freezing lake. He's also terrified of losing any more of his loved ones due to his own incompetence.

John Sheppard

Lord John is afraid of death, of being mutilated, being incapacitated, both in body and mind. He is afraid of not only not being able to fight but also not being able to command. Afraid of failing himself, and those who depend on him most.
