I know it's been something of a time around here, and, really, there always seems to be something happening so I'm sure if I waited for an opportune moment, it'd never come.

That is to say, to those who might not have heard, I've started a training grounds on the outskirts of Wyver, in an attempt to put my particular skill set to use. It's open to everyone. If you've been keen on learning how to use a sword or learning archery or taking riding lessons, or if you'd simply like to build on your techniques. And of course if you already feel you've got nothing else to learn, you're welcome to come around and use the grounds as practice. I'm more than happy to run through the rounds with you, and my friend Jon Snow has been kind enough to offer his services, as well.

And I suppose if there happens to be enough interest, I wouldn't mind perhaps teaching jousting. It was my speciality back home, after all.

If you'd like to come by, all you have to do is look for the green banners with a golden rose. And of course if you'd like to contact me, I'm certain to be more available than not.

I've got a little experience with a sword so far.
Crossbow too. I'm more familiar with daggers and throwing knives though.

What's jousting like?

There's nothing like jousting. I'm not certain how to describe it.

Maybe you can show me sometime then. Is it a sport?

It is. Done on horseback, of course. With lances. The aim is to knock your opponent with your lance.

I thank you for your offer. It's generous of you, though I'm not certain it's a skill I'd like yet to add. Perhaps it's rather selfish of me, as I'd like to keep it much like my home. I won't forget it, should it prove a common request.

I believe that anyone can learn anything, if they're willing to put the effort in.
