Nevermind - just try to feed it now. Milk is probably best, to start. If it doesn't seem to like milk, try looking at its teeth. Maybe those will tell you something about its diet.

Sadly no. My master only had hunting dogs, they were loyal animals but rather old and weary. I never saw pups save on the street.

Feed him? Raise him, train him? He may need softer food if his teeth aren't in yet.

[ for a while, no further messages are forthcoming because dutch is stepping over the basket with the, the thing in it, going for her kitchen, finding she has no milk and going for water instead. she puts a cup of it down in front of the basket and watches the kinkajou sniff it and then start lapping at the water happily enough. ]
