Well, it's also hard to be sure if people are right about that or not.

I don't know about your world, but in mine, magic's a pretty well kept secret. Ask a human from my world, they'd tell you it doesn't exist.

That's true. I've roughly identified three types of worlds: One, where magic is a commonly accepted facet. Two, where magic exists, but is very secretive about its existence. Three, where there is no magic whatsoever. The trouble is in discerning if a Type Three is really a Type Two.

Yeah, that would be hard to prove. Especially since the worlds are all gone now.

At any rate, it's largely an irrelevant point. As you said, the worlds are gone now, so it's simply a matter of academic curiosity. Still, I can't help be curious if there truly are worlds where no magic exists.
