To be honest, having seen the station in orbit... I would have said the same. The level of technology here on the planet seems more in line with what I remember. Has it been a difficult adjustment for you?

NO MORE DIFFICULT THAN ANY OF THE OTHER THINGS TO WHICH I'VE BEEN FORCED TO ADJUST. I FEAR MY IGNORANCE CONTINUALLY MAKES ME SEEM FOOLISH OR STUPID.

It's one thing to be ignorant of something you've never come across or dealt with before. It would only be if one refused to try and learn or adapt that I would call foolishness. Thus far, I don't think you have much to worry about in that regard.
