[ Now that the sickness is finally disappearing, everyone can get back to living their normal life. Granted, she is certain that some are still recovering so Lena being, well, Lena, has a question for everyone. It's one that she hopes will help distract some people and maybe give them a chance to gush about something cool.

That, and she gets to learn more about the different worlds out there. ]

Okay! I think this is on and working. I don't usually do an entire network call like this, but, uh, hey! Lena here, with some questions for you guys! Does anyone have heroes in their world? Because I'd love to learn about the different types of heroes out there. [ Because who doesn't love to learn about that. ]

Also, I'm actually kind of curious to know if anyone here is one... a superhero or just a good ol' hero is good enough for me. I'd love to meet you! Be kind of good to have some sort of hero club or if we can work together in the future if something like this ever happens again.

But, I hope it doesn't. [ Because nobody deserves to get sick. Still, the idea around it is still there in case anything big happens and the royal guard can't just look after it -- assuming it's in an area where they are. ] So if you're a hero then hit me up! If you have a favourite hero, let me know about them.

I'm just curious; I like learning about all the different worlds and heroes that hail from them.

Ooooh, okay.

So what are heroes like in your world? Does your world have dragons? Not everyone's worlds have dragons, apparently.

No dragons where I'm from, besides in stories.

But, they're people who look out for those that need help -- charge into the battlefield o give people a helping hand.

Yeah, it seems like they're mostly stories for everyone else. [ A few exceptions, sure, but for the most part. ]

Were you one? A hero?

They sound scary so I'm kinda glad, haha.

Hm... [ everyone keeps saying that she is so -- ] Yeah, I am. Or, were, I guess.

What happened?

The place I worked for got shut down, more or less, and it isn't supposed to run again.

[zephrah]

Oh. Why?

Did something bad happen?

Weeeeell, a bunch of people weren't happy with what we were doing and then we kinda become illegal. Or, at least the group did.

[zephrah]

Oh.

They made heroing illegal?

That's...doesn't make much sense, honestly. [ Exandria would've probably been destroyed utterly three times over by now, if not for Vox Machina. The idea of making adventuring illegal is just so foreign and strange to Keyleth. ]

I mean, who saves people from monsters? Who defeats the bad guys?

No, not being a hero, but the group I worked for.

[ Which is frustrating because she just can't wrap her head around what they did wrong. Okay, so, Blackwatch wasn't ideal, but there's no reason to end an organization that helped save countries. ]

... Good question. I guess the police and army do now?

Oh. Well, I guess as long as somebody's watching out for people.

Right, which is why I want to set something up like this. I mean, I know there is the guard, but they're getting laid and I don't know how well the others in it will care if something happened off the block.
