Ufufufu~ it seems like a lot of you are desperate for some help... [ The provocative laughter seemed to echo as the dragon witch spoke. A bored sounding tone followed. ] ...A cure for that disgusting sickness.
[ Get the facts first. You can distort them later. That was how it worked, right? One had to wonder if she really was telling the truth about knowing anything at all. The silence was broken. ]
While you sit there uselessly stewing in your disease, I made quick work of something else. [ Like hell she would call whatever that rodent was a person. ] Before the vermin was reduced to ash, it enlightened me on a few things.
Rejoice, garbage - for I will share them with you. [ With her sharp tongue and disrespectful words, one had to wonder why she was doing this. Maybe she was lying, maybe she was bored...or maybe she just knew someone who was sick and this was an indirect way of helping... ]
The disease was manufactured by the Institute, stolen, and released... hahahah...obviously. Part of the cure is a stupid plant - the Yuwi flower, is what was mentioned. [ Fingers drumming on some sort of surface can be heard as she goes quiet. That was all she knew. ]
Well, I have long proved my competency among you morons, what have you done? Better get to doing something! Hahahahah!

I know someone who was dumb enough to get sick, and as much as I wouldn't care if they died normally, unfortunately our lives are tied together. If she dies, then so do I.
And I have a pretty strong attachment to life. This isn't kindheartedness, it's survival.

But if she's that important then are you going to go out and find that plant you mentioned?
no subject
Some of those pathetic humans are magus that can sustain spirits with their mana. [ Casually omits the "heroic" part. ] Without them, we eventually would vanish, and our power would be reduced to nothing. So, as annoying it is to have to babysit, I an even more stubborn will to live.
[ As for his question, she honestly hadn't decided. ] I might find someone who found that plant, if you catch my drift.

Makes sense, I guess. Unfortunate that we both have to defend on humans to ensure we don't just shrivel up and die here, but knowing our luck it's because He hates us so much.
... You can be painfully transparent when you wanna be.

Painfully bad luck. [ She seemed to affirm, as if correcting him. Those religious types would call this some sort of penance, wouldn't they? Having to defend mankind as part of God's plan, to teach people like them a lesson.
Christ, it made her sick. ] If he really existed, he probably wouldn't have put people like us here as mankind's only hope.

[ And supposedly he does have just that. An inner circle perfectly content with providing their blood for his survival. ]
Can't you just break the bond with that human and begin a new one with someone healthier? It sounds like a real bother having to take care of someone who's sick.

haremcircle was the best idea. ]Geh, If breaking the bond were that easy, many of us would have done it by now. [ She grumbled enough to be heard, but display her displeasure. ] Besides, while this bond is troublesome, this human granted me a freedom I wouldn't find anywhere else - so I am content to ride out the extent of our partnership.
[ Read as, she could actually learn to get along with Rin Tohsaka. Especially after she had granted Jeanne free will by expending her command seals so selflessly. ]

[ He has several doubts in everything he tells her, but that's neither surprising nor too important for their conversation. At the very least Crowley finds himself only mildly entertained that she'd go at this length to explain herself. ]
I guess I should start looking for that flower, too, despite how busy I am.

Besides, we have a unique contract. Strictly for energy purposes, because I was granted my independence. [ She certainly seemed characteristically smug about this. ]
You do that. [ Her tone fell flat as she hurriedly spoke the words. It seemed like she realized she might have been defending herself a little too much. ]
no subject
[ That's such a huge... lie... ]
Wish me luck~.
[ He won't need it. ]
no subject
[ A dark smirk from her, seemingly pleased with her threat as she terminated the call between them. ]
no subject
[ Don't answer that. ]
Mm... even if you're fine without me here it's just nice to keep numbers around~ So please treat me gently and I'll tease you a little less.
