[ A familiar greeting, not that anybody is familiar with him! His voice is gruff and tired, but that's his everyday voice. ]
That guy everyone's been chasing after is dead. [ A slight pause, and in a softer tone: ] Killed himself.
He gave some details to the cure, though. Said that we need a plant called the Oshai Leaf for it, and it can only be found in Wyver.
Wyver's been hit with the same disease, too. No idea what the situation's like there, but they can't find the cure for it either. Another ingredient for the cure can only be found here.
That's all I know. If you've got questions, ask. I'll try to answer 'em.
[ The sound of liquid hitting metal can be heard, but that's just him moving his flask closer to his mouth. ]

As for Wyver, I honestly have no idea. But I can bet that it won't be easy to go there and getting there.

Also, he's seen what happens when that "if you want it, take it" mentality goes spectacularly wrong, so he's less inclined to go with that advice.]
If this guy didn't give up his pals, it's because they've still got shit in the works and he doesn't want 'em getting caught until their whole plan is finished. Either we get in contact with Wyver and figure this out or the chance of there being a second, bigger attack is hella high, don't you think?

[ Rumours have definitely been going around, but he wants to believe that there are others who have at least gotten something useful. Perhaps something that can support the Oshai Leaf story. It would definitely help others who are feeling unrest. ]

[He lets out another frustrated growl, dragging his hands down his face.]

[ S-8 basically died in Qrow's grasp. While the shady man may be their "enemy", it doesn't feel right for someone to stop breathing. Especially right in front of him. Just centimetres away from his own breath. ]
And whoever it is they're working for... killing themselves seemed like the better option rather than being surrendered to the royal guard.
