[ Cheryl is sick. despite that, she's done her hair and makeup and dressed herself in a red silk robe. a lot of effort went into her appearance, but it does little to hide the fact that she's unwell. she looks tired. at home she was a pro at snapchat, and she holds the camera out at arms length. all that's missing is the puppy filter! ]

By now you've all heard of the great tragedy that's befallen us. I was caught right in the middle of everything, an innocent bystander in someone's very cruel plan to shake us all to the core. I don't scare easily and I don't wilt, but I could use your help in this trying time.

First: obviously i am confined to bed until I recover. You can entertain me by chatting with me and telling me your stories. Make sure they aren't boring.

And secondly: If you're able-bodied, perhaps you can avenge me. [ she pauses. smiles. ] Us. It's the right thing to do.

[ and as she ends the video: ] Hashtag Olympia Strong. [ yes, that's right. hashtag. this is Cheryl Blossom, after all. ]

They stopped her.

They went and found their brother, who by then, she had betrayed as well, and horribly mistreated.

And then Aslan, the king, the lion, He came back. But He is wild. He sacrificed himself for their brother, as a prisoner, and the witch killed Him.

[sweetwater]

[ Cheryl's brow furrows. ] And they killed witch, right?

[illuminescent]

A miraculous thing happened first! Aslan rose back from the dead, for there were older magics at work, and he helped them vanquish the witch.

[sweetwater]

[ Cheryl's surprised to find she's actually kind of relieved to hear that. ]

You must have been very happy.

[illuminescent]

[She laughs a little.]

Oh, yes. I was.

[sweetwater]

Are they here? Your family, I mean.

[illuminescent]

One of my brothers is. He was awake when I arrived.

My sister, and my other brother, they yet sleep. And you?

[sweetwater]

My brother is here. He's sleeping. [ she thinks for a moment to mention her parents, but she doesn't. ] I hope he wakes soon.

[illuminescent]

I do, too.

If you wish, you may always share mine. He is crabby and difficult, and he thinks he knows everything, but he's also lovely and kind and patient, too.
