[ first off: don't ask questions about the username. Bigby assumes it's subtle enough considering no one here knows him as the Big Bad Wolf, but he doesn't really... realize... the implications of the abbreviation he chose. oh well.

there's more pressing matters to attend to. ]

Not even here a goddamn month and shit goes to hell. Because of course. So much for peace.

[ on camera is a man who doesn't seem very pleased with the current chaos of the recent bombing. a moment is given to take a drag of his cigarette between words, blowing a puff of smoke straight towards whoever is watching. ]

I need information on the fugitives. Don't care if you're best friends or you've crossed paths with them once. Backgrounds, real names, affiliations, common hangouts. Also addresses on where they live. Give me a scent to work with and they'll be found.

[ another inhale of nicotine before he smothers the embers on a nearby surface. he's still as displeased as five seconds ago. ]

Also don't really care if they're in deep with this Shady Fucker or just a matter of "wrong place, wrong time". They have questions to answer one way or another. Got a problem with that? Take a wild guess on how I feel.

On behalf of the Olympian empire? Or are you judge and jury all on your own?

I'm familiar with the feeling. I can't abide doing nothing and I don't intend to, either. But will you to turn them in to the Royal Guard? Some might argue it's a local matter and better left in their hands.

Something like that.

[ Federal agent. But that always raises more questions. ]

Too right. And it's only a matter of time until people start looking for a scapegoat — and we're the ones new in town. History has a habit of falling into patterns no matter what world you're from.

I do want to see those responsible brought to justice, but it's not out of any sense of obligation to the Royal Guard. [ Even though she does work for them. That's no secret. ] Call it idealism, but it's the right thing to do.

What sort of background is that, then?

I've been called old fashioned and I suppose that may be part of it.

[ In her time, people had joined up to fight in the war because it was the right thing to do. Boys killed themselves if they were declared 4F and unable to serve their country, falsified their age on their enlistment forms if they were too young, or in the case of Steve Rogers, kept changing where he was from until he got the answer he wanted. The women on the homefront did their bit, from keeping up morale to joining the workforce.

A different time. ]

Although I have a history of falling into the same habit in pursuit of those old fashioned ideals. I lost my job for it once. So you're in good company.
