Hello, everyone! I hope you've all been doing well. It's strange to think how long we've been here already, isn't it? But I feel like that's a good thing, too. Like we're finally getting used to living here... That kind of feeling.

[Speaking for himself, anyway - but then, Atsushi has his reasons for being happy with his life for a change. In fact, that's why he's making this video.]

If we haven't met yet: my name is Nakajima Atsushi! Mr. Evras has hired me to collect flora and fauna samples for the Simwe Institute. [That sounds nicer than it probably is: Atsushi's just a gopher, and he only works on commission. No interesting samples means no money.

But Atsushi could care less about that! He has an actual job, that he got all by himself, and he's so, so proud. It's that, rather than a desire for assignments and hence money, that makes him put himself out there.]

I know the Institute has hired more people, so I wanted to take this opportunity to introduce myself to everyone working there. If you need any samples, please don't hesitate to contact me! Whatever you need, I will do my absolute best to provide.

I look forward to working with you! [And he bows at the camera before turning it off.]

It's definitely worth talking about. I understand they're not a special ability? Then, were you born with them?

I suppose we were mostly discussing flora and fauna at the time, though I'd welcome anything you could tell me. I've done some reading, but it's hard to know which sources offer the best information, so some of it wasn't very useful...

I would appreciate that! Presumably I'll be busy collecting samples more often than not, but I'll make sure to drop by whenever I visit the Institute!

And of course, I would be happy to collect samples for you, too! I'm sure that living plants will be harder to collect, but I can do my best to dig them up with some soil so the roots stay intact.

its not that hard to collect them
i can just zoop them over to the workplace
if you need help collecting them with no hands then you can let me know!
i am pretty much the expert at handling things without my hands

it is all i have ever known so i would not have anything to compare it to
but i know that bec loved me and i loved him and he was always there for me when i needed him so i think i had a very happy childhood :)

i did have grandpa as well but mostly it was just me and bec
it was lots of funs!
i miss him but maybe i will see him again some day since my grandpa is on the station

But I think you're impressive too, if you managed to talk to him like that!
