Bucky's greatest fear is that he'll be forced to hurt or kill people he cares about or that he'll be unable to control himself in a way that leads to them being seriously hurt or killed. He also very afraid of forgetting who he is again, because he still doesn't have all of his memories back and he doesn't want to lose what he has.
