So, would anyone be interested in like, group yoga / tai chi / meditation sessions?

I'm thinking we all need a way to de-stress and I'd like to meet more of you.

Free sessions, obviously. Just outside somewhere when the weather's nice.

I'd like to try. I wanted to at home but never had time.

I thought it might be different here, but it's dragons and magic instead of aliens and robots. I'm not sure which is worse.

Do yoga and meditation really help?

We had ghosts a few months ago, but no undead ninjas.

I have trouble quieting my thoughts. At least it can't make it worse.

I didn't hate it.

I'm still pretty interested. Especially the yoga part. You didn't tell me you did yoga.

Then I'd like to. Meditation too, I want to keep practicing.

The first time, when you told me to relax and think of something that made me calm, it worked. I just wasn't expecting it to be what it was. Something I haven't let myself think about in a while.

[ Texting about it might be easier than actually saying it out loud. ]

You're sure you want to? It's not a big revelation, I don't think. Just sad. Those kinds of stories seem to be plentiful around here.

[ It's hard, opening up and being vulnerable. She may be stalling. ]

Something I've missed from home. I'd like this.

Is this the best use of our time?

I've just never understood how sitting quietly in a room is supposed to calm someone down.

[ it's always sounded like a personalized panic attack to frank. ]

In that case, maybe I have meditated by your definition.

Shoot.
