hey so these disappearances are spooky and seasonally appropriate and all but things have been kinda boring lately right

[have they, kagari. have they really.]

so i was thinking it might be fun to play a game
any of you guys ever heard of would you rather?

basically how it goes is someone posts two things (the more ridic the better) and people respond with their decision on which they'd rather do and then come up with their own two things

it ends up with us all judging each other's life and choices and nobody lives happily ever after (◡‿◡✿)

let's start with a classic: would you rather be attacked by 100 duck-sized horses or by 1 horse-sized duck?

I can say with all certainty that I would very much like to see both of these things. Does the game allow me to choose 100 duck-sized horses being led by 1 horse-sized duck?

[ He's failed the game already. ]

[ He has creativity, alright, even if he rarely exercises it. ]

Of course. You see, monsieur, ducks lack in teeth. The damage that could be done would be the work of large wings and tiny hooves only. I would prefer that to a large set of molars.

I have never been trampled by a horse, and I have never been trampled by a duck. I see little reason why things should change now.

But if you were to ask if I would rather be trampled or not trampled, I would rather not be trampled.

[ And now he's decided to play properly. ]

This is a stupid question

[A complete dismissal? No.]
In the grand scheme of things, ducks and horses really aren't that different in size, so it's obviously better to pick the single target rather than 100 of something.

I would still be rather unconcerned. I'm rather certain that ducks weigh less than horses at any size. I have heard somewhere that birds have hollow bones to make them capable of flight, though I cannot confirm that for myself

Am I meant to ask you a question back? I suppose that's simple enough. Imagine the weather has become absolutely dreadful. Would you rather it never stops snowing and the snow simply piles up, or that it never stops raining and causes catastrophic flooding?

[ Cheerful. ]

( This is a game that Davos can get behind. )

1 horse sized one.

So you know you aren't missing one duck when you strike. It's very easy to lose count of a hundred horses, especially if duck sized.

I wouldn't dare to whisper with ducks. What would they whisper back? Icarus saw them as omens. I see them as little more than birds.

[ Nah, man. He's just a weird drunk. ]

I enjoy your reasoning. Snow can turn everything terminally soggy as well, but not so much as rain. So long as you're not buried beneath the drifts, it certainly is the less grim option.

It seldom snowed in Paris. I've never been sledding either. Though, I did fall into the Seine once.

You are starving, and you have two options: one small shriveled apple filled with seeds, or one large one that happens to have worms. Which one would you pick?

I would pick the small one, for the seeds.

Your turn.

I think I prefer to go into freezing water.

It depends on where you are. I know there's a species of duck in Alabasta that's large enough to ride.

But I'm saying that for me fighting something that's 1ft tall isn't that much different than fighting something 5ft tall.

[Basically he's some sort of lunatic is what he's saying.]

Where would you go, a northern place with severe winter or the south with a severe drought?
