A few weeks ago I spoke with someone about accumulating a list of those who have returned to the stasis chambers recently in order to keep others who may be concerned about their disappearance in the know.

Since then I have lost communication with that person. And I fear he has met the fate of many of the others.

If anything, it only makes me more determined get this set-up. Especially with the still volatile state of the chambers.

I will make a list of names I accumulate further below. Leave a comment of names if you wish to add someone on.



In other news, I've been looking for a way to improve my skills on the field. I have come to realize it's nearly impossible to leave the cities of El Nyssa without any sort of magic or combat knowledge, and as much as I would prefer to stay a pacifist I realize how foolish that is. So if there is anyone around whos willing to help give lessons I am more then happy to pay for it.

Also, if there's a doctor who knows who to help sever back pain... That would be great too.

Yeah. We know people were acquiring powers all while they were helping out those who just woke up from stasis, but I'm not sure if anyone tried out the training rooms any time afterward. Or if it's still in process of giving people powers.

... That... Really is a valid worry though. It's inevitable that all of us will end up in a moment where we have to rely on physical ability sooner or later.

I suppose because of that, it's perhaps good to have something else to rely on as backup. Whether it's armor or a magical item or even some combat training.

Indeed. I fear my talents don't lie in self-defence, unfortunately. It's more in my nature to avoid confrontation - so I'm not sure a time will come that I shall ever be tested at all.

But it's wise, I think, to prepare oneself. In whatever small way.

I wonder if anyone might be able to recommend some way of defence for one generally not well-versed in it...? Or if you might know of such a person?

I don't know anyone myself, truthfully. But a close friend of mine has made contact with people willing to train him fairly easily.

It's actually one of the other reasons I made this post but... well, doesn't seem like I'm getting much response on that front. Ahah.
