Hello.
I am curious about the general knowledge of androids in this place and thought I would ask a few questions, if anyone has the time to answer.
1. Do androids exist in your world?
If so, what are they like? Do they have humanoid appearances, how do they behave, are they designed to emulate human responses, et cetera.
2. Have you interacted with an android?
If so, what was it like? Did you know they were an android? Were they able to successfully 'pass' for human?
3. If androids exist in your world, were there laws passed in relation to them, their uses or 'rights'?
What were these laws? Did you witness them being broken? What were the consequences?
And I have another question, not relating to androids. Regarding emotions –
4. Are there methods available to assist in regulating unpleasant or extreme emotional responses? Preferably with 100% success rates, though I am happy to discuss tools with less guaranteed outcomes or results.
Please respond at your convenience. Thank you for your time.

1. Yes, however, they are non-humanoid and rather rudimentary. The few that I have seen can have conversations, however, are limited by what they are programmed to say.
2. Only once as a witness to a case, I was prosecuting.
3. We had no laws pertaining to androids, at least past intellectual property laws. I would imagine if such laws were needed they would be amended.
As for 4. That is a more complicated issue. Some options like therapy or anti-anxiety drugs that assisted in helping handle the more extreme emotions aren't really available here. You may try and visit the sanctuary and see if they have anything that may help.

Do the sanctuary cater to inorganic species? I don't think there will be anyone in this world familiar with my coding, although I suppose it won't hurt to ask.

Are you from a world where there are a lot of laws surrounding androids? What are they like? I'm fascinated by what the legal system is like in different places.
Perhaps not, though I am hardly a good resource on anything that pertains to magic. It is still a difficult concept to grasp. It can't hurt to ask I suppose.
Surely there must be someone among the refugees that has an advanced knowledge in programming.
