[Ianto debates for longer than he'd care to admit as to whether he should make this announcement via text or voice or what but some people obviously haven't got the time to read when there's a great bloody dragon threatening to attack, and as far as he's concerned, what he's got to say is important enough that it needs listening to.

Right. So we've all heard enough of it by now. Undead dragon. Shanrian's son. Stole the heart. Now him and his gang planning to bring it back so they can, I don't know. He hasn't exactly spelled that part out, now has he, though I'm pretty sure chaos is big on the menu.

And we've all been doing a lot of running around trying to figure out what to do about it. Well, most of us have. Some of us are trying to deal with the trouble with the station and some of us have other priorities I suppose, though frankly I'm not certain how much more extreme it can get than 'great crazed undead creature of legend'.

[Oops, guess he should be explaining himself here.]

Look, I've been doing some research and I think you all should know. This is a forbidden ritual he's got them doing, and there's every chance that these shamans he's got working for him won't be able to control the dragon once they're done. So if you're thinking of trying to reason with the creature, or. That you feel bad for it in some way and you want to try and spare him if you can -- don't.

Whatever they bring back won't be the dragon Ysverai and it won't care whether you are from Olympia or from Wyver or a refugee or another dragon yourself, it will simply want you dead. We're just going to need to make certain we get rid of it first.

That's the part where you all come in.

Well, how can you not, in a way? He never asked for this. Ysverai was, as far as I have read, fairly reasonable. For a dragon, mind, but. Still. It's not fair that they're doing this to him, but it may be too late to stop what's already been done and at the end of the day, the fact that it isn't fair to the dragon is no reason for innocent people to suffer.

If you've got your musket with you, I have no doubt that they could use your help against whatever there is to come.

Oh dear, that's even more awful, if he were a reasonable sort of creature. Have you visited the sanctuary? The little ones are rather lovely. And to think that someone would use such a noble beast to their own foul ends -- I hate to think of it.

I'm not certain I should want to fight him, come to that. Is it not possible to fight the people bringing him back? Maybe if they weren't controlling him, he could be reasoned with.

And I'm afraid, sir, I do not have my musket with me. Only a few rounds, and they wouldn't do much good.

Not yet, I'm afraid. I only just arrived in Wyver at the same time that all of this business started. [Given that he was part of the party escorting the Heart, he isn't certain he wants to advertise that in case some people get upset about it, though, and start coming after them for their failure to keep it out of the wrong hands.] I had a, ehm. Pet, of sorts, back where I came from that reminds me of the wyvern, though. I'd hate to see anything like this happen to her.

Listen, don't worry about it. You should be able to defend the citizens against the members of Raysc's people though, yeah. If you want to lend a hand, I've no doubt that that's where they will need it most. With the defense of the evacuation.

This is all terribly upsetting. I've recently arrived myself. We're all just trying to live our lives the best we can here. I found a job that I enjoy, I'm trying to meet people and make friends. I left one revolt only to be thrown into another, and I can't help but hurt for those coming from similar situations.

Of course I'll help with the evacuations. I gave my life for one cause back in France, I'd do anything to help the people here. For the greater good.

I'm glad to hear it, then. They're going to need all the help that they can get, if this is to go in the way that I'm afraid that it might.

Listen. If I find out more then I will certainly do what I can to let people know. But I wouldn't count on it. There isn't much written about this ritual to be able to stop it from happening -- and believe me, I've looked. Unless we're to happen to stumble on something in the next few days, I think we need to focus our efforts on dealing with what comes next.
