Which is...not a good thing, considering how that attack had devastated the city, but still. They had been able to evacuate all the civilians before the battle began in earnest, saving countless lives in the process, and if there's a chance of pulling off something similar here, then he has to believe it can happen. ]

If the Station doesn't work, there's..there's got to be other places they could go, right? There has to be somewhere that dragon can't get to. And if we can't figure something like that out...
