It is possible that the others who originally lived here could find another place to call home, too.

Though, at the same time - I wonder if we'll remain here permanently.

I'm sure this is only a step towards what their goal is. if we're supposed to be saving all worlds, then... We'll likely be able to leave once we're done here.

I'm sure a change of scenery will help change that. But, if we're right about leaving this planet after we help them - then the sooner we do that, the better.

Judging from this conversation alone, the sooner we accomplish what they want us to do, the sooner we can leave. Though, I can see why the lack of freedom wouldn't be motivating.

Cooking is more than likely a skill that others would appreciate someone having.

But, if you feel like you want to do more, it's always possible to learn how.

You could always learn how to help people instead. Have you considered looking into something like medicine?
