[it's not long after the news spreads about the kidnapping and how there have several people who have been taken hostages. clarke has been focusing on this on an individual level because bellamy had been taken, trying to contact people she knows to look for him and distributing profile sketches to anyone if they have seen him.

she knows that she isn't the only one who has had their loved ones taken or friends missing so she decides to make this post not long after the rescue teams have been organized and before they set out the next morning]

Hello— I haven't really used the network before for this sort of thing but for those I haven't spoken to before, my name is Clarke Griffin.

I'm sure that everyone has heard the news by now that there have been several people who have been kidnapped and taken hostage. We already have rescue teams in place to cover more ground— I'm part of that because there's someone who is really important to me who was taken. His name is Bellamy Blake but I know I'm not the only one that's missing people they love or care about.

I have tried to reach out to a few people individually to keep a look out for my friend but I figure I should say something so everyone can have that chance to exchange information: name the people they're looking for, give a description here so we can keep a lookout and make sure we get everyone back safe and sound.

[ooc; okay so. this seemed like it was needed since we don't have an ic listing for who was taken hostage so this can be used for reference for anyone who is on the rescue teams. feel free to threadjack or generally use this as open discussion type post for further details]

I'm sorry your friend's missin'. [ He spends a moment fidgeting, twisting his hands where the video can't see them. Bucky never knows what to say, not in times like these. ]

What does he look like?

Yeah, me too— I'm just hoping that we can find him along with everyone else and bring them back safely.

Bellamy is— well I can just show you: [there a brief pause as moves off screen for a moment to grab one of her sketch to hold up] I drew this sketch of him to make it easier to go around asking people if they had seen him.

[godwins]

I haven't. [ He shakes his head. ] But I'm sure I'd recognize him if I saw him, now. You're a good drawer.

[ That isn't a word, Bucky. ]

[romancekiller]

Ah— thank you. [it's all good, clarke understands what he means in any case.

her expression falls slightly when she hears he hasn't seen bellamy though] I'm glad the drawing helps so if you do see him, just let me know?

[godwins]

I will.

[ When he says it, he sounds sure of himself. Like he's practiced.

But then he pauses, and the certainty is gone. ]

D'you know my friend Steve?

[romancekiller]

[she just nods that] Thank you.

Ah— Steve? Yeah, I do know him if he's the same one who's already been mentioned.

[godwins]

Yeah. He's, well— [ What was the word for it? The alternate reality version of his best friend? He's not sure there is a word for it. ] It's complicated. I ain't surprised, though. He's the kinda guy who knows people.

But, if he's missing... [ His voice trails off. ]

[romancekiller]

Yeah— [clarke understand the worry as she hears him trail off] Well I'll definitely keep a look out for him and let you know.

[godwins]

[ He can't help coughing something else out. A symptom of worry, maybe. ]

I mean‚ if something could take him. [ Someone made for war, combat trained, better than human. ] Then we're all in it deep.

[romancekiller]

What makes you think that? [clarke might be friends with steve but she has no knowledge of his abilities]

[godwins]

[ Oh right. That's supposed to be a secret. ]

He's just a better fighter than me, that's all.

We were both soldiers.

[romancekiller]

Oh— right, yeah. [she does remember they talked about how he was a soldier at least] I guess you both knew each other from then?

[she pauses in thought for a moment to consider something] They must have been strong then and it seems like there are quite a lot of them with the amount of people that have been taken too.

[godwins]

Sort of. Something like that, anyway.

And yeah, with so many bodies gone missing, you gotta think it was planned. I wonder if they're all Refugees.

[ Or did they take some Olympia natives, too? ]

[romancekiller]

I think it had be something like that— I don't think we can really be sure if it was all refugees or not until we get everyone back.

[godwins]

And we're gonna get everyone back.

[ He doesn't know if that sounds convincing. ]

[romancekiller]

Yeah, of course we will.

[meanwhile clarke does her best to have more conviction in her voice not just for herself but for the everyone else] We have to believe that and make sure they don't pull something like that again.
