So many here tell of their closeness to their siblings, to the great joy that their siblings bring them. I could not agree more with such sentiment, for the richness that my own bring me has always far outweighed any great burden they've put on me (and some have put burden upon me indeed!).

But, in that great sentiment, I must say that I have put off announcing my own brother has indeed left, and so any friend he may have had here, I ask you make yourself known to me. My brother is Edmund Pevensie, and I should like to thank you, and ask you be my friend too.

And, if you did not know him, I would say, then meet me for my own sake. I am long in introducing myself, and I feel quite badly for the delay. I am Lucy Pevensie, and most grateful to make your acquaintance.

Things are quite difficult.

Been there, been there. Or rather, haven't, because her lazy ass hasn't hauled itself out at all, but, you get it.

Been trying motivational posters myself, pasted those bad boys right up over the little window on the freezer box. Don't suppose it would hurt to try. A little "Hey, Eddie, get the fuck up, dongus!" Some gentle inspiration.

I fear I am...struggling, to follow, you see. Your language, I mean.

Just saying my sister's still in the deep freeze. So I get it. Sort of.

Sure, sure, yeah. Been about 10 years since I've seen her, apparently, so what's a few more months? Years? Who knows. They're real cagey about it.

But why so long!

Oh, it's complicated, don't worry about it. Sometimes a sibling is temporarily sorta more dead than usual, sometimes people just get in your head and mess around with your memories so you don't remember they exist, that sorta thing. No big deal! Hey, at least here you know where the Popsicle Freezer is, so you got that going for you.
Can't misplace 'em.
