[The video opens to a familiar older man. It's the one from before that was talking about his armor. He looks worried and also utterly serious]

Hello. I know things are really bad right now, but I need to ask for a favor. There were people listed. Solder 76. Ana Amari. Jesse McCree. They have been labeled terrorists. But I swear to you on my honor as a knight that they are innocent. I've known them for years. I know the measure of their character. This thing...they would not have done this. It must be a misunderstanding. So please don't try and harm them. I know they are good people and this is all a mistake.

I tried to get into contact with them but they aren't answering me. I am aware that others will be looking for them. So I just want you to give them this message from me if you see them.

Tell them Reinhardt believes in them. If you see them, tell them that running will only make them seem guilty and that I know they aren't. I know that in my heart. If they turn themselves in, I am sure that their side will be heard and that justice will weigh heavy on their sides. On the side of truth.

And tell them that no matter what, I am on their side. I believe in them and that they'll do the right thing.

We can only try and hope that they are sympathetic.

But I suppose this is a good chance to see how their justice works. So far, I have not been very happy with what I am seeing.

[ He sighs and shakes his head a little. It's a suggestion,
but one a knight could never take. Wrongful imprisonment is...well,
wrong. But breaking someone out of prison is also wrong. There is no correct moral choice if that happens. ]

Something like that. I just hopes it doesn't come to that.

[She taps her chin thoughtfully.] You're unhappy with it... Because it's more like a hunt at this point? [She's hazarding a guess. She's not sure what else they could do--they have to catch them somehow to figure out what really happened, so hunting them down just makes sense... So long as they're captured alive, of course.]

Or have you seen something else?

It's not something I've seen. It's something I've heard. Something I was told. And the fact that the authorities would just throw someone in jail for trying to clear their friends doesn't sit well with me at all.

I don't mind the hunt. The hunt is fine. But I fear they are sending people after the wrong folks. Others will hunt my friends and not the ones really involved in this. And my friends will protect themselves.

That is what I fear the most. [ There's a sigh because he knows his friends. ] They are fighters. Warriors. They will do whatever they have to to protect themselves. I need to get to them first.

I guess the unfortunate thing is that we don't have any idea who really is involved with this. There's a whole mess of questions and not a lot of answers.

[She's sympathetic though, honestly.] I understand though, my friends are much the same way. I don't think they'd hesitate much to turn right around and use their strength to prove themselves innocent by force. [She laughs a little as if sheepish and shakes her head.] Which might have worked where we're from, but not here...

Anyway. [Sanzang shakes her head] Is there anything I can do to help? Oh-- [Wait, duh.] I'm Sanzang, by the way! Sorry, I didn't think to introduce myself earlier!

[ That is the problem. And the longer they do nothing and chase after the wrong people, his people, the more of a chance that the actual culprits will get away. ]

If I know them half the way I think I do, they'll hurt as well. They'll want justice for themselves. But I don't know what they are up against if they do and I won't be there as their shield. How can I protect them if they don't let me know where they are? How can I prove them innocent when they run from justice?

Sanzang. [ It likely sounds funny in his thickly German accent but he tries. ] It's Reinhardt and you can help me by looking for them and if you find them, try to convince them to turn themselves in. Before it gets any worse for them!

I see... I'm sorry, Mr. Reinhardt. This is a terrible burden on your shoulders. [She scratches the back of her head, her smile tired] I understand though. Something similar was happening back home--My dear friend was part of something horrible, and I know if I could just get a hold of him I could change things, but... If he keeps running from it...

[She trails off, looking away in thought before she shakes her head.] Anyway, I'll do my best to look out for your friends! I don't know how much I could do, but I'll definitely give it my all!

Have any of your friends tried to contact you yet...? [At least, in the time between him posting and their current talk]

[ He sees that tired smile and wishes he could make it better. But they're both tired it seems. There's only so much good people can do when their friends are being pains in the butt. ]

Thank you. Just looking for them is more than enough.

[ There's a little sigh ] Just one. Only one. He explained some things to me which is why I know for certain now that they were set up to take the fall for this. But none of the others. Though I suppose I'm not surprised. This isn't the first time they have decided to disappear on me. I just have to remain strong and let them know that I fight for them and maybe they'll see it and decide to do what's right.

[Her expression softens. Humans have such an amazing capacity for forgiveness and understanding sometimes (though she's often found the opposite to be just as true as well). She wishes her fellow mystics could see and understand that just as much, but she supposes much of their own time in the mortal realm has been forgotten to them.]

You seem a sweet man, Mr. Reinhardt, it breaks my heart to see this happening to you... It sounds like even without this going on, you've got your hands full with them sometimes!

[Sanzang laughs gently] Tell me more about them, if you can. The more I know what kind of people they really are, the more I can help them.

[ In his case, she doesn't even know the half of it. ]

I do. I always have. But I would want it no other way.

[ He considers what he can actually tell her. She seems a good woman and as long as he doesn't give trade secrets ] 76, Ana and I were in a war together. Jesse came a little later. 76 was my commander. He's a good man and a good leader. He's smart in the ways of war and a good judge of character. He underwent a lot, just to make himself better than everyone else. And he did so much to help the people. He would never hurt innocent people like this. And Ana, she was a sniper and our support. She was my vice commander. She never gave a day of bad advice. She is as brilliant as she is beautiful. She's a great woman and a caring mother. She might have some skill in grenades and the like, but she would never hurt a child and many children were harmed here.

But they are warriors and I know they wouldn't hesitate to protect themselves if people went after them. They won't have a choice and I know it's not what they would want. They don't want to hurt people. They finally get to start over. They wouldn't jeopardize that.

A war... [She looks sad, but resigned, again.] It seems a lot of worlds were in the middle of one before here. Mine was no different. [Except on a universal scale but, still.

She nods along though and smiles.] Don't worry! I'm sure everything will turn out okay. We gotta keep positive, right? Don't give into despair and all of that! [She claps her hands together resolutely]

Everything will work out... They sound like really great people, so it's really unfortunate they've been tricked like this. [Sigh.] Hopefully one day we can move past all of this, you know?

Yes. A war. Mine is long since over and we lived out lives keeping that peace we fought so hard for.

[ Her smiles and her upbeat hope makes him feel so much better about his own. At least there is someone else here that refuses to give in to suspicion and despair. ]

I hope you are right about this, Sanzang. And I think once the people hear the truth, they will indeed be able to see that they were wrong and move past this and allow my friends to have the peace they deserve.

That's good to hear, at least. We were... Trying to end ours' when that Storm thing came. I guess I'll never know how it ended now. [Well she has a pretty good idea and it's not much of a happy ending, but... No use dwelling on it now.

She looks thoughtful a moment and then grins, clapping her hands together] I know! Once everything settles down and their names are cleared, we should have a party! Then everyone can relax and get to know each other again!

I think if you were involved, it would have ended well. As we say in my country, they would all live happily ever after.

This would be lovely. There is a big Earth Holiday coming up. I'm sure everyone would enjoy it. Perhaps we can discuss it more once everything is better again.
