[The video opens to a familiar older man. It's the one from before that was talking about his armor. He looks worried and also utterly serious]

Hello. I know things are really bad right now, but I need to ask for a favor. There were people listed. Solder 76. Ana Amari. Jesse McCree. They have been labeled terrorists. But I swear to you on my honor as a knight that they are innocent. I've known them for years. I know the measure of their character. This thing...they would not have done this. It must be a misunderstanding. So please don't try and harm them. I know they are good people and this is all a mistake.

I tried to get into contact with them but they aren't answering me. I am aware that others will be looking for them. So I just want you to give them this message from me if you see them.

Tell them Reinhardt believes in them. If you see them, tell them that running will only make them seem guilty and that I know they aren't. I know that in my heart. If they turn themselves in, I am sure that their side will be heard and that justice will weigh heavy on their sides. On the side of truth.

And tell them that no matter what, I am on their side. I believe in them and that they'll do the right thing.

I didn't realize you knew Ana.

I don't know the others, but I do know Ana, and I know that she would never do a thing like this... If you find them, and there's anything I can do, please let me know. I realize that you don't have much reason to trust me, but... I owe Ana a lot. I want to make sure she's okay.

[ A sort of hollow and empty little laugh. Because he can't say just how he knows her or why this hurts so much. Mostly because he feels it in his bones. They're going to disappear again. Leave him behind once more. Right after he had just gotten them back. ]

I do. Ana and I, we were good friends and teammates, back in the day. And I would do anything to see her safe and to see this go away. Knowing that you believe me, that you know she wouldn't do that, it's a boon. I thank you for that.

And if you saw her first. If you found them, I'd hope you could relay my message to them. Tell her that I keep my promises. I am her shield and I will do what I can to help her, help them all.

[Somehow, it's so touching, hearing Reinhardt say those words. That is everything Atsushi wants to be, eventually: someone as strong as Reinhardt, who protects people with those kinds of feelings. ~~Also: he ships it, now.~~]

I don't know if I can find anyone, but if I do, I will give them your message. Until then, I will do everything I can to find whoever's involved with these terrorists, so the authorities can handle them. The more information they get, the more it will prove the refugees' innocence.

Yes. I think we need to find those really involved in this. If we catch them alive, then we can bring them in to tell what really happened. And if not, I will keep looking. I won't give up until I can clear her...their...names.

So perhaps first, we must ask, who gains from this?

Hmm... If I recall correctly, the terrorist said "your people will suffer". I don't know who she was referring to, but the authorities seem to consider it an attack against Olympia as a nation...

Still, if it's another nation attacking, they're awfully bold to attack right in the city center like that. And it's not so much the government that suffers as the people themselves... but who could possibly have a grudge against simple citizens?

They did. And it could be just the start of something. This type of attack leads to the people losing faith in their leaders. They also end up putting the people that could help them into criminal status. But we do know that if they really want the people of this nation to suffer, this is only the first move.

We need to start watching and listening. We need to find who did this and see how to stop this from happening again. I hate seeing the people suffer and I hate that my friends were dragged into this.

Would you help me? Help me hunt down those that did this? And clear Ana's name?

It makes sense that people would lose faith in their leaders, but surely the goal isn't simple anarchy? As long as there's no alternative leadership option, I still don't see the point - unless it's personal, and then an attack against the leaders themselves makes more sense, I think...

[Atsushi is mostly thinking out loud, not really getting anywhere but at least trying - and he keeps trying, thinking hard, when Reinhardt surprises him with that suggestion. Reinhardt is asking him for help? Reinhardt is asking him?! For possibly the first time in his life, Atsushi feels like someone is counting him as a full person.]

Of course! [It takes a moment for determination to replace simple surprise, but Atsushi gets there soon enough. He was always going to try hunting the baddies and making sure Ana's name gets cleared, and while he's been on a bit of "try doing it himself" kick, there's no doubt that he'll get a lot further by working together.] If anything, I would appreciate being able to borrow from your experience.

[ Of course he is going to ask Atsushi for help. Reinhardt considered the boy his friend. They worked together, even if it wasn't real. Atsushi helped him to get a handle on his new situation. He cared for Ana. So there were three huge reasons for him to ask. Plus, he had seen the boy fight. He knows Atsuhi could help him if they got in over their heads. ]

Of course. We can help each other. So let's meet. And then we can go out and hunt us down some criminals to tell us the truth! Just tell me where and I'll be there.

[Atsushi feels like a Man on a Mission, which honestly feels pretty good. Together, they'll be able to accomplish so much! ]
