weve gotta have a party!
a beach party!! before its too late!

you cant just let summer end without having a beach party, thats just wrong
you gotta have beach volleyball! and watermelon splitting! and swimsuits and tasty food and all the other stuff

do you think theyd let us have a beach party here? if I find a place to do it, everyone is invited!

Yes, it's the name of our kingdom. The part I lived in wasn't, but places like Lurelin and Akkala were next to the ocean.

Did you live near the ocean then?

ahhh those names are all so cool and exotic sounding! er to me I mean Im sure to you theyre just like normal place names haha! but yeah!! I grew up right on the seaside in a little fishing village Ive been swimming in the ocean as long as I can remember I kinda miss it a little haha

They are, but we all have different names and words to get used to now, don't we?

That sounds wonderful. Was it warm enough? I've always heard the ocean can be quite cold.

I understand. I miss my home as well.

well you shouldnt go swimming in the winter itll be freezing
or at least wear a wetsuit or w/e
but in the summer its great! its just cool enough to be refreshing after a hot day out on the beach
ahhh its so much fun!

what sorta place do you come from?

Some people I've known wouldn't find the cold a bother, but they're much more suited to swimming than I am.

Where I lived was called Hyrule. My home was in the middle of a great field of grass, in the bend of a river. The sea was to the east and south - I visited the coast a few times. It would have been nice to try swimming there.

In the summer, of course.

ahhhhh that sounds really nice too!! do you know people who like the cold then?

Yes, I did know people like that. Revali was one. His people lived quite close to Hebra, which was always covered with snow. And the Zora are wonderful swimmers, since they live in the water.

I prefer it a bit warmer than that though.

oh you know the zora?? so that means you must know miss mipha too! shes really cool

I do know Mipha; we're friends, and I knew her at home before we came here. She's very admirable.

She's a marvellous swimmer too, which you might already know.

yeah haha we met in a lake both of us couldnt resist just jumping in

Was it on the trip to Olympia? I think I saw it, though I didn't jump in myself. It was beautiful there.

I was more occupied with catching frogs.

yeah!! thats the one what were you catching frogs for? :o

I wanted to see how they differed from the frogs in my homeland, and whether they had any special abilities or properties.

frogs have special abilities where you come from?
do they jump really high or something

[hylights]

Not quite. Some are exceptionally fast, others can live in very hot climates. If you make elixirs with them then you can get some benefits yourself, like running faster.

It ends up as more of a drink, really, but yes.
