Those who have already met Roxas (or Axel or Riku) may recognize the black coat, but he's picked up a warm scarf to go with it, and a knit beanie cap is flattening some of his hair spikes.]

...hi. I'm Roxas. I don't know if we're supposed to introduce ourselves—I've never used one of these things before—but that's me.

[He gives a little wave.]

There's something I wanted to know. Have any of you ever been to other worlds before? I have, but I'm trying to figure out what makes this one so different. It's not just that it's a refuge from the storm or that time's frozen in other parts of it. Something about this place affects things people can do. My friend and I know a special way of getting around quick—it's not really magic, but kind of like it, I guess? Except it only takes us maybe a block now.

And there's something else I've always been able to do, a thing I can summon, except now I can't and I try and I try but it just doesn't—

[As he speaks, he's shaking his left hand in frustration when suddenly there's a pop and a black flash and suddenly a Keyblade can be partially seen at the bottom of the screen.]

Uh. Never mind about that last part? But I'd still like to know about the rest.

And... actually, there's a lot here that she'd like to address. Roxas' description of he and Axel's powers brings to mind the time that Axel appeared to use some kind of wormhole to get around, and the weapon appearing out of nowhere is definitely worth note, but first and foremost—] I have experienced this exact same anomaly!

Really? [He's not sure if he should be happy or sad to hear that.] What couldn't you do?

It's a little hard to explain. [And here I put myself in the position to explain Allura's deus ex machina powers.] The universe as I knew it was full of an energy called Quintessence. It was found everywhere: in planets, living beings, even in the spaces between reality.

[She shakes her head,] Either my connection with it has been severed or... it doesn't exist here.

[Both options are troubling.]

Oh wow. I didn't know that many kinds of magic could exist.

[He's not sure he understands how something can be everywhere like that, or how she could not be sure...but that sounds so sad.]

What did it do?

Think of it like a life energy. Planets need it to live—or rather, a planet drained of all of its quintessence would cease to support life.

I don't think it's always the magic, I think it's how the world takes it on.

How do you mean? Magic always worked the same wherever I went. A thunder spell was a thunder spell.

[People and things live here, though, despite the cold. But of course she knows that.]

What was it like to be connected to it?

Maybe it's magic in people like me, then. Magic isn't the same for me everywhere.

When I went to a world called Neverland, it was harder for me to learn how to use magic there. I think the darkness on the island put a twist on it.

You've been to Neverland too???

No? I never met him. But I've been to Neverland a bunch of times. The magic I used worked the same there, though.

[sheriffing]

Why would you go to Neverland more than once?

It was kind of my job back then. I went where they told me to go.

[sheriffing]

But Neverland sucked.

I've been to worlds I liked better.
But I didn't get to pick where to go. And I did get to fly in Neverland. That was awesome.
