Yeah, I think there's something to be said for dealing with the natives before trying to invite any of us to contribute. It seems like a lot of the natives are resentful of us, and in some ways I can't blame them.
I'd say see where we're at once this is all over with, and then you can try to figure out how to fix things. It's not going to do much good now.
