where can i get some hair bleach and dye? 'cause like hell i'm going out like this

naturally black, but i dye it blond. it's easy enough as long as i got the hair bleach, but i haven't been able to find any

oh uh, well, it's kinda normal in my world
at least, a lot of people dye their hair brown instead of black
not a lot of people go blond like me, but that's probably because they can't pull it off as well
